Their data service is very poor. I have complained severally but today's is very unacceptable. Bought data and before Glo could deliver the bundle to my phone I was told the data was exhausted. I bought airtime thereafter and have been trying to top up for the past three hours to no avail. Their customer service is inaccessible as they keep cutting my call after waiting for over 30 minutes. I finally was able to chat with one of their agents online who was very rude and unhelpful despite the fact I tried to be nice in my anger. Glo should improve on their services and stop collecting people's money without rendering services.
