wastage of time

my experience with GIG yesterday was terrible. the bus to lagos was 2 hours delayed, and no explanation was given. also the state of the bus was terrible, the driver insisted on closing the window but the air conditioning in the bus was faulty, i almost suffocated. The management of the company should look into these because a lot of customers were dis-satisfied yesterday. 5 November, 2018
