I don't know what Diamond Bank thinks they are doing. Customer service is very poor.... My dad opened an account with them August 2017 till date he has not been receiving any form of alert despite laying so many complain😈 Talk about their ATM service too, very very poor. In this modern age a Diamond Bank ATM can't carry out interbank quickteller transfer with another Bank's debit card...unless its diamond debit card alone.....selfish ness. I just hate the bank, the first impression they gave me was really bad that I won't advise anybody to have anything to do with them. Poor poor poor!!! 7 October, 2018
