Union bank are trying my only challenge has been their slow alert msgs and most times you get debited on POS transactions without it going through. I hope they work on that.

Nice bank although sometimes slow in sending alert. Their services are usually straightforward and understandable. I satisfied with them

Union Bank has been one of the bank I recommend for young Nigerians but the issue has changed, I don't know if the issue is coming from staff's or the banking system but I will advise them to improve in the relationship between the bankers and customers

it is a bank with worst bank transfer charges and bad customer reception I have seen so far .
