i feel like in the process of withdrawal, i should be allowed to withdraw to my last card.

The issue I have with Fidelity is that they charge customer monthly nd I don't know why one can't get zero account

The Customer Care Service was not good at all. I wasn't attended to properly and kept Waiting for long hours
