The use of diamond bank app has been frustrating to me in person. please they should improve on it to let even the less knowledgeable to use

Over Charges

Diamond of recent started charging me, i don't know of others indiscriminately. in every withdrawal or credit alert, they tend to charge me #50 instead of the normal #4 they do charge. please your help is needed

Diamond is an easy going bank affordable for students and well secured but sometimes there customers care is low

Diamond bank is a good bank they need to upgrade on there mobile banking and operating system and they need to recruit more staff especially in kano thank you
