Bank Charges

The bank charges by Access bank on my Student solo account is unbecoming...imagine them charging 220 naira for make use their USSD code.

I have experienced improved customer services in various locations. However, Access is not making efforts to diversify its presence in rural areas. It still remains an urban bank.
